LEXINGTON, S.C. — The Lexington One Educational Foundation recently welcomed seven new members to its board of directors: Michael L. Boone, Harriet Poe Coker, Angela C. Douda, Kim Shealy Jeffcoat, LaMyron Jenkins, Dani G. Stroud and Rebecca West.
Each board member will serve a three-year term with the exception of the Lexington District One Teacher of the Year, who serves for one year. Board members help lead the Educational Foundation’s charitable endeavors in serving and supporting Lexington District One.
“We are excited to welcome each of these individuals to the Educational Foundation’s board,” said Foundation Executive Director Julie Anderson Washburn. “Each new member brings a different perspective to the board, but all share a commitment to and passion for Lexington School District One.”
