This event brings together almost 50 State, Local and County Agencies and School Districts with Small and Minority Businesses to learn how to maximize the public procurement process and increase networking opportunities.

Small and Minority Business Owners often struggle with the requirements and procedures required by Governmental Agencies to submit bids. This show provides face to face time to learn about each agencies DBE programs and upcoming bid opportunities.

SCAGPO, created in 1978 is a nonprofit organization providing support to State, County and Municipality Agencies, Special Purpose and School Districts throughout South Carolina. Through its programs, purchasing officials learn the finer points of source selection, competitive bidding, negotiation, quality assurance, contract administration, and specification writing.
