Lexington One students win Run Hard Championship awards

LEXINGTON, S.C. — Lexington County School District One congratulates 13 students from Lexington One schools who won awards at the 2016 Spring Run Hard Championship conducted as part of the Lexington Medical Center Governor’s Cup held on May 14 in Columbia.

Pleasant Hill Elementary School Fourth-Grader Connor Forche won first place overall for boys who competed in the 5K championship race. Saxe Gotha Elementary School Fifth-Grader Carly Fuel placed first overall for girls who competed in the 5K championship race.

PHES Student Camden Forche placed first for boys in the second grade. Midway Elementary School Student Madelyn Cathey won first place for girls in the second grade.

MES Student Brandon Corley won first place for boys in the third grade. Deerfield Elementary School Student Madison Moore placed first for girls in the third grade.

PHES Student Wyatt Wilson placed first for boys in the fourth grade.

PHES Student Ethan Kurtz won first place for boys in the fifth grade.

Lexington Middle School Student Logan Goodwin placed first for boys in the sixth grade.

Pleasant Hill Middle School Student Guillermo Ramis won first place for boys in the seventh grade.

PHMS Sixth Grader Zander Jeffcoat placed second overall for boys. SGES Fifth-Grader Kylie Turner won second place overall for girls.

Rocky Creek Elementary School Fifth-Grader Luke McKenna won third place overall for boys.

Lexington District One congratulates all of the Lexington One students who competed in the Spring Run Hard Championship.
