CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, in conjunction with title sponsor Time Warner Cable, will host its annual Business Opportunity Conference Aug. 3-4 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center and Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel. This year’s theme will focus on “Transformation,” as the Council fully expands into its new regional footprint that encompasses Virginia and the Carolinas. This is the first year CVMSDC has hosted the BOC in Virginia, and several hundred corporate members and minority businesses are expected to attend.

The two-day supplier development conference also will feature a golf tournament at The Signature at West Neck in Virginia Beach; Connect Zone networking events; a Leadership Breakfast; a Minority Business Enterprise exhibit hall; “Seaside” awards presentation; corporate sessions and MBE workshops.
