Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council hosted its 8th Minority Business Enterprises Summit recently at Milliken and Company in Spartanburg , SC. The daylong event will connected some of the nation’s largest and most successful Minority Business Enterprises with major corporations to pursue new business opportunities and establish new business relationships.

This year’s MBE Summit theme was “Innovation Driven by Business Results.” Highlights of the event included, Learning How to Lead Your Business/Organization to Predictable Success and Keep it There. Participants also attended an Energy Summit hosted by Duke Energy with guests from Fluor, SCANA and Dominion.
