City’s Office of Business Opportunities Small Business Week Conference

The City’s Office of Business Opportunities (OBO) will host its annual Small Business Week Conference on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street. This year, the conference will focus on innovation.

The goal of the conference is to highlight the impact and successes of the City’s outstanding entrepreneurs and small business owners. This year’s keynote speaker is William D. Kirkland, executive director of the University of South Carolina’s Office of Economic Engagement.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn helpful business tips, network with their peers and participate in the following breakout sessions:
