LEXINGTON, S.C.— The Lexington County School District One Board of Trustees on Tuesday, January 19, recognized seven Gilbert High students who were selected to participate in the American Choral Directors Association Southern Division Honor Choir. Students from across the South submitted audition tapes for the Honor Choir.

Gilbert High Sophomore Emily Enlow, Juniors Jeremiah Kubilus, Alyssa McMillan and Hannah Perry, and Seniors Erin Roof, Olivia Schumpert and Morgan Taylor were selected to participate in one of the four honor choirs — each containing 125 to 150 singers.
